Customers who voluntarily provide their mobile telephone number and consent to receive text messages from Essential Pest Control LLC may receive communications relating to their relationship with EPC.
Depending upon the customer's consent and services, messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling changes, technician/service updates, estimates, account notifications, billing communications, follow-up messages, customer-care communications, and promotional messages where separately authorized.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing EPC services where prohibited by law.
Customers may reply STOP to applicable text messages to opt out and HELP for assistance, subject to the capabilities of EPC's messaging platform.
After an opt-out request is processed, the customer may receive a confirmation message. Customers may need to provide consent again before receiving future marketing SMS communications.
EPC does not sell or share SMS opt-in consent with unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
